Your Boys are anxious, they jump at loud noises, some are not sleeping, others are having panic attacks. 

With the current war, these problems are only going to get worse.

This new program will focus on counseling for emotional well-being, tutoring to help each boy learn, and therapeutic outings and hikes designed to regulate their trauma response.

It’s not easy being a student at Boys Town Jerusalem. Our social workers are reporting troubling trends among students, including a sharp rise in attention deficiency and hyperactivity. The added stress of the war in addition to the poverty and strife at home so many suffer from is too much.

These boys need a Daytime Recreational Center to give them a welcome respite from trauma and studies.

The new Daytime Recreational Center, in loving memory of our fallen grads, will offer Your Boys a comfortable, spacious place to prepare homework, fix a light snack, play games, and relax and meet with friends during breaks between classes.

Your support helps Boys Town Jerusalem teach students the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Today, we urgently need your help to buy new computers and updated software so “Your Boys” can keep learning and growing.

Back in 1975, Boys Town Jerusalem became the very first high school in Israel to start a computer science program. It helped our students become leaders in Israel’s tech world.

But today, many of the computers are old, outdated and slow. Most desktops last 5–8 years, but a number of ours are over 12 years old! Without good computers, Your Boys cannot study the advanced subjects they need for top jobs in Israel’s vital industries.
